- Soak rice for atleast for 1 hr.
- Blend it curry leaves,green chillies and with required water to become soft like normal dosa dough. Transfer it to different bowl and add Salt.
- Put pan in medium high. Pour batter and spread it gently in circular motion. Spread oil with spatula. Garnish on it as you like. Simmer the flame and wait for 2 mins till it leaves side of the pan.
