Recipe Tips
- A major hurdle in keeping your cravings in check is the issue of handling in-between-the-meals hunger pangs. It is often during this time that we tend to go for food which is unhealthy and loaded with calories. Sadly most healthy snacking options recommended by nutritionists and dieticians (murmuras, vegetable sticks and unsalted nuts) are drab and tasteless. Why not make a snack bar which is healthy and nutritious and is also not loaded with calories.
