Mixed Veg Vermicelli Bread Utappam

GheeTo Grease
Vermicelli1/2 Cup
Garam Masala1/2 tsp
Curds1/2 Cup
SaltTo Taste
Chilli Powder1 Tsp
Vegetables
Carrot,Finely Chopped1/2 Cup
Tomato,Finely Chopped 1/2 Cup
Onions,Finely Chopped1/2 Cup
Capsicum,Finely Chopped1/2 Cup

  1. Roast vermicelli for 3 mins in medium flame. Blend it to a coarse powder.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl (except bread and ghee).
  3. Cut the bread edges and spread the mixture on the bread evenly.
  4. Keep the skillet medium temparature and drop little ghee. Turn over the bread on the skillet. Cook this in medium flame till the veggies are cooked.
  5. Flip the utappam and grease the ghee on it. Cook this for a min.
