Method
- Heat thick bottomed pan, add desi ghee and heat it.Fry cashewnuts,clove slightly.
- Add sooji and fry slightly. Add water ,sugar,kesar,pineapple chopped, pineapple essence
- Add cardamom powder,add raisins.Serve hot
