coriander | 5 gm |
garlic | 8 flakes |

Method
- Wash and mince meat. Grind together all the spices. Add meat, salt; grind well. Bind with beaten egg.
- Divide mixture into even sized balls.
- Grease skewers. Roll balls on to skewers. Pour melted fat over the kebabs.
- Cook over heated grill basting frequently till golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney and onion
