Ingredients

Method


  • Wash and mince meat. Grind together all the spices. Add meat, salt; grind well. Bind with beaten egg.
  • Divide mixture into even sized balls.
  • Grease skewers. Roll balls on to skewers. Pour melted fat over the kebabs.
  • Cook over heated grill basting frequently till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and onion
