Curd -Blended | 1 cup |
Green Capsicum -Minced | 2 |

Ginger -grated | 1 inch |
Eno fruit salt/Baking Soda | 1/2 tbsp |
Salt (according to taste) | 1/2 tbsp |

Method
- Put curd in a bowl and mix Semolina/Sooji in it.Add 1/2 cup water in the batter and maintain a thick consistency.
- Add salt, ginger paste, green coriander and green chili in the batter. After mixing it well, add all the vegetables.
- Keep aside the batter for 10 minutes, till it gets fluffy. After 10 minutes, add Eno fruit salt/Baking soda and mix it well.
- Apply oil on the microwave idli container and start pouring idli batter into the same.
- Keep the container for 450F for first 10 mins and then change 200F for other 10 mins.
