Method
- Marinate the lamb chops with 2tbsp of the paste of raw papaya skin. Rub all the above marinade ingredients to the lamb chops and keep aside for a couple of hours.
- Grill in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or till done.

- Serve on the side with mediterranean baby potatoes.
