Ingredients

Gadre crab sticks2 packets pound
crushed crackers1/3 cup
green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped3
finely chopped bell pepper1/2 cup
mayonnaise1/4 cup

Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
dry mustard1 teaspoon
lemon, juiced1/2
garlic powder1/4 teaspoon
salt1 teaspoon
cayenne pepperDash
Flourfor dusting
peanut oil1/2 cup

Method


  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except for the flour and peanut oil.
  • Shape into patties and dust with flour. Add Mayonaise in the centre while shaping it into patties.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in pan and fry until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Carefully flip crab cakes and fry on other side until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
  • Serve warm with preferred sauce
