  1. Soak Sago for 2 hrs. Mix all ingredients and a cup of water together (except oil). Let it rest for 5-6 hrs in warm place.
  2. Heat the pan and pour the batter. Don't spread with spoon. Close it with lid and let it cook for 2 mins.
  3. Flip the dosa and cook for 2 more mins by closing lid.

  1. Mix all ingredients and beat well still you get smooth texture like cake dough. Meanwhile keep the pan ready to fry.
  2. Apply 1 Tbsp of ghee and pour the mixture on the pan. Keep the flame in low and close the lid.
  3. After 7-8 mins remove the lid and takout dosa.

Breakfast - Dosa - Sooji Oats Dosa

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Add required water to it till it becomes dosa consistency. Let it rest for 30 mins.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and sprinkle a little water on it. It should steam immediately. Grease it with oil and wipe hard with a slice of onion or potato. Pour a ladeful of the batter on the tava and spread in a circular motion. Smear a liitle oil along the sides, Spread the vegetables on it.
  3. Cook till the dosa turns brown and crispy. Flip it and cook for 2 mins.

  1. Soak rice for atleast for 1 hr.
  2. Blend it curry leaves,green chillies and with required water to become soft like normal dosa dough. Transfer it to different bowl and add Salt.
  3. Put pan in medium high. Pour batter and spread it gently in circular motion. Spread oil with spatula. Garnish on it as you like. Simmer the flame and wait for 2 mins till it leaves side of the pan.

  1. Soak rice for 1 hr and drain the water. Now grind it to a fine powder. In a bowl add 2 cups to boil. In a separate bowl add 1 cup rice flour with 1 cup of water and mix well without lumps in it.
  2. When water comes to boiling state add the flour paste slwoly to the boiled water and mix well.
  3. Keep stirring till the paste becomes little thick. Take out from the flame and let it rest to cool. Now add the remaining flour to the water and mix till becomes like paste and keep it aside for a day or over night to ferment.
  4. Next day batter becomes loosen just like dosa batter. In a water bowl soak bread for 5 mins and squeze out the water. Mash the bread finely and add this to the batter. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Keep the skillet medium temparature and drop little ghee. Add spoonful of batter and let it spread over by itself. Close the lid on it and keep the flame in simmer.
  6. Once its nicely cooked it starts to leaves side of the pan. Then flip the utappam and cook for 2 mins.
  1. You can store the batter in freezer for 3-4 days without adding bread.

  1. Soak rice for atleast for 4 hrs. Blend it to a fine paste by adding cane juice.
  2. Add jaggary and coconut to the batter. Mix it till the jaggary dissloved. Add required water till it becomes dosa consistency.
  3. Heat the skillet and spread ghee on the pan. Pour the batter all over the pan just like you do for rava dosa. Simmer the flame and wait for 2 mins till it leaves side of the pan.
  4. Flip the dosa and cook for 2 min on the other side.

  1. Mix all "batter" ingredients in a bowl. Make this batter so that there are no lumps. Add required water to make it soft like dosa dough. Batter should be in medium consistency. Let it rest for 3-4 hrs.
  2. Add all vegetables to this batter. Add water if required to get general dosa consistency.
  3. Pre-heat an iron tawa on high for a minute. Pour a ladle full of dosa batter from the outward base of the tawa in a circular motion. Fill the gap in the middle with dosa batter. Drizzle 1-2 tsps of oil along the edge of the dosa and the gaps in the middle.
  4. Increase heat to medium flame and let the dosa cook for around 2 to 3 mts. If you want a slightly softer dosa, remove the dosa at this point. For a crisper dosa, increase flame to high and let the dosa roast for a half a minute or so.
Tips :
  1. You can add melted butter on top instead of oil.

  1. Now Mix all ingredients (except oil) with hands thoroughly. Add enuogh watert to the flour mixture. Mix the dough perfectly and divide into various lemon size ball.
  2. Grease oil on the plastic cover. Place the ball on it and press gently with fingers.
  3. Remove the pressed one and place it in hot oil gently and deep fry. Repeat the process for remaining.
Tips :
  1. Oil should be in medium heat,so that they will fry to a nice golden brown.
