- Soak rice for atleast for 4 hrs. Blend it to a fine paste by adding cane juice.
- Add jaggary and coconut to the batter. Mix it till the jaggary dissloved. Add required water till it becomes dosa consistency.
- Heat the skillet and spread ghee on the pan. Pour the batter all over the pan just like you do for rava dosa. Simmer the flame and wait for 2 mins till it leaves side of the pan.
- Flip the dosa and cook for 2 min on the other side.
