Method
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a spoon full of the batter. Spread it thin.
Immediately, pour egg mix on the dosa and spread it in the dosa`s shape. Pour a few drops of oil around the dosa.
Sprinkle Salt & Chilli Powder on it and fry for 2-3 mins. Turn it when the other side gets cooked.
Recipe Tips
- Egg can be mixed in the dosa batter directly.
