Ingredients

Method


  • Take half cup of luke warm water and add yeast, sugar in it. Mix this well and keep it for 10 mins.
  • After 10 mins yeast has foamed up.
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, foamed yeast,luke warm milk, salt and butter. Knead all ingredients together adding water only when requires. We have to make soft dough out of it. Close this in a plastic bag and keep it in warm place.
  • After 10 mins remove the cover. Dough becomes double to what it was earlier. Now knead it little bit more for about 2 mins. You may require more flour.
  • Grease the tin with oil in all the sides and sprinkle flour on that. Remove the excess of flour. Make log shape of dough and place it in the tin. Make a little bit of space from the wall, it will itself expand.
  • Cover this in a polythin cover and keep in the refregerator over night. We would take it out 2 hrs before baking it.
  • Keep a glass of water in micro wave, so that the bread retake its moisture. Keep the micro wave high for 5 mins.
  • If Poke pick comes out clean, reverse it and take out the bread. Once its becomes cool cut into pieces.
