Method
Soak moongdal for atleast for 4 hrs. Blend it with required water and chilli to become soft like normal dosa dough. Transfer it to different bowl and add Salt, Cumin Seeds.
Put pan in medium high. Pour batter and spread it in circular motion. Spread oil with spatula. Wait for 1/2 mins till you see some brown pots showing up from bottom.
Flip dosa and wait cook for 1 min.
