Method


  • Soak moongdal for atleast for 4 hrs. Blend it with required water and chilli to become soft like normal dosa dough. Transfer it to different bowl and add Salt, Cumin Seeds.
  • Put pan in medium high. Pour batter and spread it in circular motion. Spread oil with spatula. Wait for 1/2 mins till you see some brown pots showing up from bottom.
  • Flip dosa and wait cook for 1 min.
