Poppy Seeds | 3 Tbsp |
Coconut Powder | 1/2 Cup |
Garam Masala | 1 Tbsp |
Cumin Seeds | 1/2 Tsp |
Onion | 1/2 Cup |
Salt | As Taste |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 Tbsp |
Turmeric | 1/2 Tsp |
Coriander Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Chilli Powder | 1 Tbsp |
Curry Leaves | 10-15 |
Pepper Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |

Method
In a pan dry roast poppy seeds for 3-5 mins in medium flame.
Add Coconut powder to the mixture and roast them for 2 more mins. Do a fine paste with this by adding little.
In a pan add 3 Tbsp of oil. Add cumin seeds. Once they are splutter add onions, chillies, ginger garlic paste,garam masla, coriander powder, curry leaves and turmeric.
Add masala paste to this mixture. Keep stirring till the water goes out of the paste. Now add the chicken pieces to this and mix well by adding water to this. Cook for 15 mins in medium flame by covering lid.
Add pepper,salt and cover with lid and cook for 10 mins.
Add Coriander and simmer the flame for 10 mins.
