Ingredients

Black Pepper, Coarsed1 Tsp
Potato Starch Powder1/2 Cup
All Purpose Flour1/4 Cup
Rice Flour1/4 Cup
Baking Soda1 Tbsp
Eggs
Sauce
Garlic4 Cloves
Ketchup1/3 Cup
Hot Pepper Paste1/4 Cup
Rice Syrup1/3 Cup
Venegar1 Tbsp

Method


  • Mix all "Seasoning" ingredients to the chicken.
  • Deep fry chicken in oil for 10 mins in high flame. Take out them for 5 mins aside . Meanwhile deep fry others too in bunches..
  • Again start the bunches of chinken to fry again till they becomes crispy
  • In a pan add 1 tsp of oil. Add "Sauce" ingredients one by one for 2 secs. Keep stirring in low flame for 2 mins.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and garnish with seseme seeds.
