Black Pepper Powder | 1 tsp |

Cream | 1/4 Cup |
Cheese | 1 tsp |
Green Chilli Paste | 1 tsp |
Coriander Paste | 1 tsp |
Fenu Greek Powder | 1tsp |
Garam Masala Powder | 1tsp |

Method
Mix "Marinate1" ingredients to the chicken. Keep 15-20 mins aside.
In a bowl mix "Marinate2" ingredients nicely without lumps.
Add matinated1 chicken pieces to the above mixuture. Keep in refregerator at least for 5-6 hrs.
Skew the chicken piece to the bamboo sticks.Grease the tray with oil and keep the skewed pieces. Broil this 400F for 15 mins.
Flip the pieces and cook for 10 more mins.
Recipe Tips
- Marinating over night is really makes the chicken soft.
- Soak the bamboo sticks for 10 mins before skew the chiken.
