Ingredients

Ginger Garlic Paste1 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder1 tsp
Lime Juice1 Tbsp

Cream 1/4 Cup
Cheese1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste1 tsp
Coriander Paste1 tsp
Fenu Greek Powder1tsp
Garam Masala Powder1tsp

Marinate5-6 Hrs
Cooking Time25 Mins

Method


  • Mix "Marinate1" ingredients to the chicken. Keep 15-20 mins aside.
  • In a bowl mix "Marinate2" ingredients nicely without lumps.
  • Add matinated1 chicken pieces to the above mixuture. Keep in refregerator at least for 5-6 hrs.
  • Skew the chicken piece to the bamboo sticks.Grease the tray with oil and keep the skewed pieces. Broil this 400F for 15 mins.
  • Flip the pieces and cook for 10 more mins.

Recipe Tips


  • Marinating over night is really makes the chicken soft.
  • Soak the bamboo sticks for 10 mins before skew the chiken.
