- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the onion paste, ginger garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Cut the mushrooms and boil it for 5 mins in salt water.
- Add the mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are almost soft, about 3 minutes.
- Add chilli, coconut,garam masala and kaju powder, stir for 3 mins. Finally add lime juice and turn off flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Stir in the soy sauce and chili-garlic sauce before turn off.
- Feel free to add some tofu, chicken or pork to extend it to a full meal.
