Method
Dry roast urad dal in a heavy bottomed vessel till the rawness disappears and a nutty aroma emanates the kitchen. Roast on low flame and do not burn them. Remove onto a wide plate and allow to cool. In the same vessel, add the almonds and ghee roast on low flame for a min. Remove onto a plate and cool.In the same vessel add ghee and melt it.
Blend the urad dal and sugar for 5-6 seconds. You have to make a coarse powder, sieve if required.
Mix the mixture well and add half of melted ghee and nuts.
Keep on adding remaining ghee till you get texture to prepare laddos. Do laddos and store them in tight container.
