Ingredients

Method


  • Dry roast urad dal in a heavy bottomed vessel till the rawness disappears and a nutty aroma emanates the kitchen. Roast on low flame and do not burn them. Remove onto a wide plate and allow to cool. In the same vessel, add the almonds and ghee roast on low flame for a min. Remove onto a plate and cool.In the same vessel add ghee and melt it.
  • Blend the urad dal and sugar for 5-6 seconds. You have to make a coarse powder, sieve if required.
  • Mix the mixture well and add half of melted ghee and nuts.
  • Keep on adding remaining ghee till you get texture to prepare laddos. Do laddos and store them in tight container.
