Method
In a kadai roast all ingredients (except Turmeric, Asafotida) one by one until they turn into light brown.Make sure spread spices evenly on pan and keep continuously mixing without burning. Allow them to cool.
First grind coriander then chilli, after all ingredients into fine powder in mixer, sieve powder. Remaining big pieces grind again sieve it if needed.
Allow it to cool and store in air tight container.
