Method
Cook the rice in cooker for 5 whistles. For every cup of rice add 5 cups of water.
Mix all ingredients with hot water and grind it in the wet grinder.Add enough water to grind it,do not add more water which makes the fry-rums soak lot of oil when fried,So make the dough to a thick.
In a open space under sun,spread a clean plastic sheet or cotton cloth and place heavy weights in the four corners so that the sheet does not fly. Take a spoonful of paste and drop them like how we do for fry-rums leaving some space in between. Dry them under sun for 2-3 days until they are completely dried.
Remove from the sheet once they are dried. Once they are dried its ready to fry.Store them in an air tight contain
