Method
Boil water in a thick bottomoned pan. For every cup of rice flour add 7 cups of water.
Add flour in 3 cups of water in separate pan and mix with all other ingredients with out lumps.
Add the above mixer to boiled water and keep on stir. Once the dough comes to thinkness consistency, you can find the small bubbles on the top.
In a open space under sun,spread a clean plastic sheet and place heavy weights in the four corners so that the sheet does not fly.Take a spoonful of batter and drop them like how we do for fry-rums leaving some space in between.Dry them under sun for 2-3 days until they are completely dried.
Remove from the sheet once they are dried and store in an air tight container.
