Method
Peel off the apples and cut them into slices.
Blend them into a fine paste. Make sure pulp does not contain any lumps.
In a thick saucepan add pulp, sugar and lemon juice and keep boil for 20 mins.Keep on stir the mixer to avoid burning in the bottom. Once the quantity of mixture comes to almost half of the actual mixture remove from the flame.
Store it in air tight container when it is warm.
