Firstly take a pan or a kadhai and put it on medium flame. When the kadhai is warm enough, lower the flame and add the khoya in it. Stir and let the khoya melt for about 2 minutes.
Then, add cardamom powder in it and mix once till the khoya leave the edges and become glossy.
Afterwards, add the dry fruits of your choice - almonds, cashews, pistachios and even walnuts and mix once again for about 2 minutes. Switch off the burner once done.
Spread the khoya and dry fruits mixture in a serving plate and garnish with silver varq. Let it cool down and cut in desired shapes. Motipak is prepared, enjoy!
