- In a pan add peanuts dry roast peanuts,peel the skin and blend into a smooth powder. Remove the date seeds and blend into fine powder.
- Melt some ghee in the same pan,add curry leaves and fry till crisp,blend into a smooth powder.
- Prepare sugar syrup in a pan till it comes to light consisitency by adding 1 cup of water
- To that add curry leaves powder and then peanuts powder and mix well without any lumps.
- Now add dates powder and mix well. Cook for few minutes till done,sprinkle some cardamom powder,fried cashew nuts and mix well,serve hot.
