- Soak moong dal 2 hrs and grind it to a fine paste.
- Keep a vessel in high flame and add all other ingredients to the moongdal. Add 1 - 1/2 cup of water to it.
- When the mixture starts thicken slow the flame and keep stirring continuously. Add the dry fruits,cardomom and ghee. Mix well altogether.
- Spread the mixture on a wet cloth eventually and let it become cool.
- Once it is cool cut them into pieces as you like.
- Meanwhile add oil to the skillet. Once the oil is heat, drop the pieces slowly into the pan. Fry them till they turn into golden in color.
