- Add in cloves, cinnamon, cardamom,cumin powder, all spice powder, coriander powder, red chili powder in it. Mix well and add garlic ginger paste, followed by mince. Let for rest for 30 mins to marinate.
- Boil rice with salt and black cumin, cook till half done.
- Heat oil in a pan, and sauté onions in it to golden brown color. Remove hlaf onions and keep it aside.
- Add tomatoes,bay leaf,plums and mince and allow cooking it on low flame for 15 mins.
- Put the cooked mince in a large pan and top it with green chillies and chopped coriander,fried onions and mint. Spread rice over it, drizzle food color on top and cover tightly. Cook it on very low heat for 15 minutes.
