Method


  • Dry roast the Coconut, Pea nuts, Legumes and Saseme separately. They should be roasted till it gets a toasted fragrance. Roast each one and grain separately, as each it needs different amount of roasting time.Ghee roast nuts.
  • In a pan add jaggary with little water in medium flame.
  • Once the syrup comes down to consistency add coconut.
  • Mix all other ingredients one by one and cook for 5 mins.
  • Finally add ghee and mix well. Prepare Laddos. Then take a fistful of the mixture and roll it between the palms of your hands to roll it into small balls.

Recipe Tips


  • Store in an airtight container. These do not need refrigeration, however you can store them in the fridge if any remain after a couple of weeks to keep them fresh.
