Ingredients

Millet/Ragi Flour1 Cup
Cashews 10g
Almonds10g
Raisins10g
Sugar Powder1 Cup
Ghee1 Cup

Method


  • Dry roast the ragi flour for 10 mts till nice aroma starts to come out. Cook on a low heat. Now turn off the gas heat and wait till the time mixture gets cool down.
  • Ghee roast all nuts one by one.
  • Mix Millet flour, sugar, Nuts and ghee mix well and start making small balls from the mixture.

Recipe Tips


  • Store in an airtight container. These do not need refrigeration, however you can store them in the fridge if any remain after a couple of weeks to keep them fresh.
