Cashews | 10g |
Almonds | 10g |
Raisins | 10g |
Sugar Powder | 1 Cup |

Method
Dry roast the ragi flour for 10 mts till nice aroma starts to come out. Cook on a low heat. Now turn off the gas heat and wait till the time mixture gets cool down.
Ghee roast all nuts one by one.
Mix Millet flour, sugar, Nuts and ghee mix well and start making small balls from the mixture.
Recipe Tips
- Store in an airtight container. These do not need refrigeration, however you can store them in the fridge if any remain after a couple of weeks to keep them fresh.
