Method


  • Take little kova for stuffing. Mash Cahews to mix with kova. Add rose water,keasar for this and knead well. Now stuff is ready.
  • Do poori size balls with remaining Kova.
  • Take a ball, put on your palm, press and stuff the mix in this. Do double side cone shape.
  • Do shape for all balls as shown.
  • Cut the cone in middle to get two cones.
  • Chop pista and almonds. Dip the front cone in this. Mix rose water and kesar in small bowl. Put a dot on the cones.
