Method
Wash amlas and dry them with clean cloth and spresd on a clean cloth and leave in the shade for 1/2 hour this removes if any moisture is there. In a wide pan, boil water and add in the gooseberries. Boil for 10 mins or till the gooseberries become soft.
Take out berries and cut them into pieces.Again fry them for a min.
Roast the muster and fenugreek seeds without oil and grind them into fine powder after they becomes cool.
Add the red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and salt. Saute in a low flame for few minutes and add in the cooked gooseberries. Mix them nicely for and let it be in the pan for a 5 minutes in a medium low flame.
Switch off the flame and allow it to completely cool. Store in airtight container.
