Prawns | 500g |
Salt | 100g |
Turmeric Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
Red Chilli Powder | 1/2 Cup |
Lemon Juice | 1/4 Cup |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 1/2 Cup |
Seseme Oil | 1/4 Cup |

Method
Boil prawns in hot water for 5 mins.
Add a tea spoon of haldi and a table spoon of salt for the prawns. Mix well and put it in a pan. Dont add any water. Cook in a medium flame until the water in the prawns is completely dried.
Take another pan and deep fry the prawns till it comes to golden color but not crispy. Take out prawn and let it cool.
In the same pan add ginger garlic paste and fry it untill the raw smells goes off. Switch off the falme. Once it comes to cool add prawns, chilli powder, lemon juice and the salt
Store in airtight container.
