Method
Dry roast Coriander Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Fenugreek Seeds, Cumin Seeds. Once they are cool add Cinnamon and grind to fine powder.
In a thick pan add salt and turmeric powder with chicken pieces well and cook for 10-12 minutes in slow to medium flame, stir in intervals. Dont add any water since chicken and salt already contains.
In a another pan heat oil and add chicken pieces and fry them till well cooked.
In another pan tamper Asafoetida, Mustard Seeds, Dry Red Chillies, Curry Leaves and allow mustard to splutter. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes off.Now add fried Chicken pieces, Red chilli powder mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Add spices powder we prepared on step 1, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally add lime juice and switch off flame.
