Paneer Scrambled1/3 Cup
Onion, Fine chopped 1 small
Coriander Leaves, chopped As required
Green Chilli, Fine Chopped 1
Boiled Potato-MashedMedium size

Coriander Powder1/4 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder1/4 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder1/2 Tsp

Method


  • Heat 1Tbsp Oil and add hing in medium flame. Add green chillis, Onions and salt. When you see onions are nicely turned add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala with a nice mix.
  • Add potato, paneer and coriander leaves and mix nicely. Cook for 3-5 mins. Allow this mixture to cool down.
  • Sprinkle little water on both sides of the bread, so that it wont open up whey you fry.
  • Take the stuffing and put it in the corner of the bread.
  • Now roll this and close the edges by adding water.
  • Keep the oil pan ready to fry . Place the pieces in oil. Allow this to cook on medium flame till it gets brown color on both sides.
