Method


  • Mix Dalda and sugar in a bowl and beat well.
  • Add Jowar, Wheat flour and half of Coconut to the above mixture.
  • Take a ball size of mixture and roll out them in thick size. If you are finding difficulty in rolling, apply dalda on the base of roll. Sprinkle remaining coconut flakes on the roll.
  • Cut them in sizes as you like.
  • Bake them for 350C in micro oven for 20 mins.
