Beat melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Add Eggs to this mixture, beat it again.Sieve flour and ginger powder.
Add flour little by little and knead well till it becomes soft. Keep it in refregerator for 15 mins.
Take a ball size of mixture and roll out them in thick size. If you are finding difficulty in rolling, apply butter on the base of roll.Sprinkle dry nuts on the base.
Cut them with cookie cutterand keep them for 200C in micro oven for 15 mins.
