Yogurt1 Cup
Sugar1 Cup
Ghee1 Tbsp
Cardamom PowderPinch

Method


  • In a thick bottommed pan boil milk.
  • Once the milk is boiled, add Sugar, Yogurt and Cardamom Powder. Keep on stirring in low flame.
  • Add purpose flour to this and mix well. Once the mixture becomes thick add ghee and switch off the flame.
  • Apply ghee on palms and do bars.
