Yogurt | 1 Cup |
Sugar | 1 Cup |
Ghee | 1 Tbsp |
Cardamom Powder | Pinch |

Method
- In a thick bottommed pan boil milk.
- Once the milk is boiled, add Sugar, Yogurt and Cardamom Powder. Keep on stirring in low flame.
- Add purpose flour to this and mix well. Once the mixture becomes thick add ghee and switch off the flame.
- Apply ghee on palms and do bars.
