Method


  • Heat a table spoon of oil. Once the oil is nicely hot, add mustered seeds, Curry Leaves, half portion of onions. Cook them in nice and soft.
  • After add tomatoes, chilli paste and peas. Cook them till the tomatoes are soft.
  • Add chopped Potatoes, salt, turmeric, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well. Mash the potatoes while cooking. Lets the filling gets to be cool down
  • Apply coriander chutney on the 4 slices. Put shredden onions on the top of this. Sprinkle the chat masala on that.
  • Place 2 Tbsp of stuffing in the center of the 2 bread pieces. Keep the edges open.
  • Carefully take other slice of the bread (without stuffed) and put it on the stuffed bread. Apply butter on the slice both sides.
  • Put it on the griller to toast
