Boiled Peas | 1/2 Cup |

Turmeric Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
Lemon Juice | 1 Tbsp |
Curry Leaves | Few |
Mustered Seeds | 1/2 Tsp |
Sugar | 1 Tsp |

Garam Masala Powder | 1/4 Tsp |
Red Chilli Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
Butter | 1 Tbsp |
Coriander Mint Chutney | 1/2 Tbsp |

Method
Heat a table spoon of oil. Once the oil is nicely hot, add mustered seeds, Curry Leaves, half portion of onions. Cook them in nice and soft.
After add tomatoes, chilli paste and peas. Cook them till the tomatoes are soft.
Add chopped Potatoes, salt, turmeric, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well. Mash the potatoes while cooking. Lets the filling gets to be cool down
Apply coriander chutney on the 4 slices. Put shredden onions on the top of this. Sprinkle the chat masala on that.
Place 2 Tbsp of stuffing in the center of the 2 bread pieces. Keep the edges open.
Carefully take other slice of the bread (without stuffed) and put it on the stuffed bread. Apply butter on the slice both sides.
Put it on the griller to toast
