Toor Dal 1 Cup
Dry Curry Leaves 30-40 leaves
Cumin Seeds 1 Cup
Pepper 1Tbsp
Turmeric 1 Cup

Method


  • In a kadai roast all ingredients one by one until light brown or till the aroma comes. Allow it to cool.
  • First blend coriander then chilli, after add all ingredients into fine powder.
  • Sieve the powder,if required remaining big pieces blend and sieve it again. Allow it to cool and store in air tight container.
