Method
In a kadai roast all ingredients one by one until light brown or till the aroma comes. Allow it to cool.
First blend coriander then chilli, after add all ingredients into fine powder.
Sieve the powder,if required remaining big pieces blend and sieve it again. Allow it to cool and store in air tight container.
