  1. Melt Ghee in a wide pan, add the chopped cashew and fry until golden. Strain and set aside.
  2. Now keep the flame on medium to low and add coconut, fry it for few minutes or till the aroma comes.
  3. Now the milk to the mixture and boil it till the milk becomes thick.
  4. Add sugar and mix well. When the mixture becomes thick switch off the flame and let it cool. When it becomes cool, it gives laddo texture to prepare.

  1. Heat a pan. Melt Ghee. TPlace Bread slices on the pan, apply ghee all over the slices and turn them upside down. After a min apply on the other side too. Do the same for all breads. Once they are cook blend them into small crumbs/powder.
  2. Heat ghee/oil in a kadai for deep fry. Keep the flame in medium always.
  3. Now take sugar and in other bowl and add water,cardamom powder..boil this til the syrup formed. It should be one string consistency.keep this aside.It should be warm not hot.
  4. Knead the dough again once and make well round shaped balls without giving any cracks. Take gooseberry size dough ball and keep it in between your two palms and press first then start rolling slowly to get round shape.
  5. Add in balls into the oil and put the flame in low. Start frying evenly by rolling them.
  6. Drain the balls and soon add in prepared syrup. Soak for at least 2 hrs or overnight.Serve warm or chilled.
  1. Knead the dough with fingers very well before adding milk.After adding milk it should be very hard or too soft too.So,be careful while adding milk.
  2. Deep frying is the most important in making jamuns.Keep flame always in medium..If the oil is too hot,off the flame for a minute then add dough balls again on flame after a half minute.Sugar syrup is not to be very thin....And it should be warm also.Finally the most important tip is soak for some time.

  1. Pour the milk and bring it to boil.
  2. In a separate pan add 1 cup of water. When water boils add vermicelli.
  3. Add soaked sago to the mixture and stir it till the rawness goes off.
  4. Add moong dal paste and cook for 2 more mins with out lumps.
  5. Add sugar and stirring constantly bring to boil.
  6. Finally switch off the flame and add cardomom,ghee,roasted nuts and milk one by one by mixing throughly.

  1. Pour the milk, sugar and stirring constantly bring to boil.
  2. Peel of the ridge gourd and cut them into small pieces. Boil the ridge gourd in a cup of water for 10 mins or till they become soft.
  3. Heat the 2 tsp of ghee in a heavy bottomed non-stick pan over medium heat and add rava and fry till golden brown, stirring constantly.
  4. Add rava and ridge gourd to the milk and cook until the milk is slightly thickened.
  5. Add food color,ghee,roasted nuts to the milk and cool to room temperature.

  1. Trim the bread slices into round shape.
  2. Boil the Milk along with the sugar until it becomes into 1/2 of it and put it in the refrigerator. Soak the safforn flakes in the warm 1 Tbsp milk.
  3. Soak the almonds in hot water for 15 min. This makes the peal come very easily. Peal this and grind it into fine powder (or paste) along with the cardamom. Now Take a wide bowl, and add the refrigerated cold milk. Mix the milk powder ,elachi powder and almond powder in the 1/3 cup of milk and mix it very well so that any of the lumps are not formed.
  4. Now drop the bread rounds into this milk and pour the safforn mixture on top. Leave for 30 minutes so that bread slices will get all the flavors.
Tips :
  1. Trim the and edges of the bred slices.You can use any lid for the round shape. and press it gently on the Bread slice in the corners.
  2. Fry the cashew in Ghee until Golden color and top the Ras mali with golden cashew Nuts.

  1. Mix all ingredients (excepts oil).Add little water to have pakoda kind of consistency.
  2. Heat oil in a frypan. Dip the paneer into mixture and drop them in batches to hot oil. Keep the flame in low medium and deep fry to golden with stirring once in a while. When the paneer turn crispy & cooked, remove from oil. Drain it in kitchen tissue. Repeat the same for the rest of the mixture.
Tips :
  1. Try not to overcrowd the oil, coz it will result in greasy paneer.
  2. Serve right away & enjoy. It makes an awesome combo when served with curd rice and sambar rice.

Breakfast - Dosa - Chanadal Sweet Dosa

  1. Soak chana dal and rice for 3-4 hrs with enough water. Blend them in a mixer till it becomes smooth. Keep aside to ferment for at least 3 to 4 hours. Overnight is always good.
  2. In a separate bowl add jaggery and milk. Combine well till the jaggery dissolves into milk.
  3. Add carrot,coconut and the milk mix to the batter. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. If required add more milk to get the dosa batter consistency.
  4. Spread oil on the pan, take the batter pour the way you do general dosa. You can add melted butter on top and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Flip the dosa and add the oil on other side. Cook this for a min.

  1. First add whole milk in to a pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Soak the cashews for 1hrs and blend it into a coarse paste.
  3. Then add nuts, condensed milk, stir well and boil for 10 mins.
  4. Remove the edges from the breads and cut them into pieces. Mix these into the milk and cook for another 10 mins. Garnish with cardamom powder.
Tips :
  1. You can even add grated Khoya and assorted nuts too.
