- Pour the milk, sugar and stirring constantly bring to boil.
- Peel of the ridge gourd and cut them into small pieces. Boil the ridge gourd in a cup of water for 10 mins or till they become soft.
- Heat the 2 tsp of ghee in a heavy bottomed non-stick pan over medium heat and add rava and fry till golden brown, stirring constantly.
- Add rava and ridge gourd to the milk and cook until the milk is slightly thickened.
- Add food color,ghee,roasted nuts to the milk and cool to room temperature.
- Add rose water and chill thoroughly.
