Breakfast - Pasta/Macaroni - Muene Pasta Penne

- Mix all "Muene" ingredients and gently mix with a spoon till you get smooth paste. Let it rest for atleast 30 mins in freezer.
- Cook Pasta in 7-8 cup of boiling salted water. Add a tea spoon of oil has to added till pasta is cooked. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside to cool.
- Mix all "Pasta" ingredients in a bowl. Add Muene sauce to the mixture and combine well.
- Add boiled pasta immediately to sauce. Otherwise it dry out the sauce after adding.
- Muene Sauce can be stored for 3 days in freezer.

- Cook Vegetables and chop them in medium size.
- Cook pasta for 5 mins in boiling water; drain well. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
- In a bowl,mix all veggies and masalas well.
- Now add fresh cream to the veggies and coat well with the cream.
- Stir the pasta two or three times throughout the cooking process.
- When cooking pasta, regardless of the sauce you are using, add a little bit of the pasta water to the sauce to add great flavor.
- The olive oil coats the pasta, and prevents sauce from adhering to it when you’ve put the entire dish together.

Breakfast - Pasta/Macaroni - Pasta Vegetable Masala

- Add Salt for 8 cups of water and boil. When water is boiling add pasta. After 10 mins add all vegetables. Let it cook for 3 mins. After drain the water and sprinkle oil, so that it doesn't stick.
- In a pan add oil to become heat. When the oil is hot add cumin seeds, let it crack. Add chopped onions and fry them for 1 min and add ginger garlic paste. Cook this for 2 mins.
- Add bell pepper and cook for 2 mins. After that add tomato puree, ketch up. When its nice little bit cooked add honey. Mix it really well.
- When the tangy flavour comes add pasta and veggies. Toss it really well. Add garam masala, chilli powder and salt.
- Cook/boil Pasta according to on the package.

- Heat Oil in a pan and add onio, garlic, origano, basil and salt and saute over high heat for 2 - 3 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Add the pasta ,capsicums, cheese and toss lightly. Cover and cook over low heat for one min till the cheese melts and coasts the pasta.
- Add salt, pepper and toss genlty.
- How to cook Pasta:Cook Pasta in 7-8 cup of boiling salted water. Add a tea spoon of oil has to added till pasta is cooked. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside to cool.
- Roast the whole capsicums over an opan flame. Refresh in cold water, peel, halve, remove seeds and cut into thin stripes.

- Add oil in a pan. In this add onions and ginger garlic paste.
- Add tomato paste and chilli powder. Cook for 10 mins with lid on it.
- Add salt, sugar, pepper, basil to this. Cover and cook for 2 mins.
- Add Pasta to this and mix well. Add grated cheese to this and toss well.
- How to cook Pasta:Cook Pasta in 7-8 cup of boiling salted water. Add a tea spoon of oil has to added till pasta is cooked. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside to cool.
- Dont use canned tomatoes. Use the sweet tomatoes.
- Add boiled pasta immediately to sauce. Otherwise it dry out the sauce after adding.
- Be ware while adding salt, as the cheese is already contains salt.

- In a oil pan add mustered and cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds splutters add curry leaves, onions and green chillies. Fry for 2 mins till the raw smells goes off.
- Add Carrots to this and cook for 2 more mins.
- Add tomatoes and cook them for 10 mins or till the tomato sauce becomes thick.
- Add macaroni, garam masala to the mixture and cook for 2 more mins. Finally add salt, coriander leaves and toss well.

- Beat the egges well and add milk to this.
- Add melted butter and hot sauce. Mix all ingredients well.
- Add cheese to this. Set the bowl aside.
- Mix the pasta to this mixture and pour in the tray. Season with pepper.

- Cook the macaroni in generous amount of water. Get it boil.
- In a pan add butter and melt it. Add flour and cook it in low heat for a min. Add milk slowly till the mixture to become smooth. When boiling remove from the heat.
- Now drain pasta and add it to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- You can add other seasonings to this.
