Pasta | 2 cups |

For Sauce | |
Olive oil | 2 Tbsp |
Maida | 2 Tbsp |
Mint Leaves(chopped) | 1 Tsp |
Spinach Leaves(chopped) | 2 cups |
Pepper Powder | 1/2 Tsp |
Chilli Powder | 1/4 Tsp |
Cream | 1 cup |
Milk | 1 cup |
Cheese(grated) | 1/4 cup |

Method
- Boil 5 cups of water with oil and salt. Add pasta to it and cook for 10 -15 min or till the pasta becomes soft.
- Meanwhile prepare sauce. Add oil in a pan, when its warm add maida and fry it. After 2 mins add mint leaves, pepper powder and chilli powder to it and mix well.
- After 2 more mins add cream little by little and mix well. Make sure lumps are not created while mixing cream.
- After 5 mins add milk and then add spinach. Cook in low flame for 15-20 mins.
- Finally add cheese and switch off the flame.
- When the pasta becomes soft drain water from it. Once again drain with cold water. Finally add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.
