Breakfast - Pasta/Macaroni - Pasta Tomato Sauce

Pasta Tomato Sauce

IngredientsQuantity
Boiled Pasta1 Cup
Olive Oil1 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste1 Tsp
Onions, Chopped1 Small size
Toamtoes, blended1 Cup
Chilli Powder1 tsp
SaltAs Taste
Sugar1/2 tsp
Pepper, coarsed1/2 tsp
Basil Leaves, chopped3-5
Cheese, gratedAs Taste

  1. Add oil in a pan. In this add onions and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add tomato paste and chilli powder. Cook for 10 mins with lid on it.
  3. Add salt, sugar, pepper, basil to this. Cover and cook for 2 mins.
  4. Add Pasta to this and mix well. Add grated cheese to this and toss well.
Tips :
  1. How to cook Pasta:Cook Pasta in 7-8 cup of boiling salted water. Add a tea spoon of oil has to added till pasta is cooked. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside to cool.
  2. Dont use canned tomatoes. Use the sweet tomatoes.
  3. Add boiled pasta immediately to sauce. Otherwise it dry out the sauce after adding.
  4. Be ware while adding salt, as the cheese is already contains salt.
