- Heat Oil in a pan and add onio, garlic, origano, basil and salt and saute over high heat for 2 - 3 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Add the pasta ,capsicums, cheese and toss lightly. Cover and cook over low heat for one min till the cheese melts and coasts the pasta.
- Add salt, pepper and toss genlty.
- How to cook Pasta:Cook Pasta in 7-8 cup of boiling salted water. Add a tea spoon of oil has to added till pasta is cooked. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside to cool.
- Roast the whole capsicums over an opan flame. Refresh in cold water, peel, halve, remove seeds and cut into thin stripes.
- Add boiled pasta immediately to sauce. Otherwise it dry out the sauce after adding.
- Be ware while adding salt, as the cheese is already contains salt.
