Breakfast - Pasta/Macaroni - Pasta Capsicum Cheese

Pasta Capsicum Cheese

IngredientsQuantity
Boiled Pasta1 Cup
Red Capsicum1/4 Cup
Green Capsicum1/4 Cup
Yellow Capsicum1/4 Cup
Oil2 Tbsp
Garlic, chopped3
Onion, sliced1 small
Origano, dried1/2 tsp
Basil, dried1/2 tsp
Pepper, crushed2-3
SaltAs Taste
Cheese, gratedAs Taste

  1. Heat Oil in a pan and add onio, garlic, origano, basil and salt and saute over high heat for 2 - 3 mins, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the pasta ,capsicums, cheese and toss lightly. Cover and cook over low heat for one min till the cheese melts and coasts the pasta.
  3. Add salt, pepper and toss genlty.
Tips :
  1. How to cook Pasta:Cook Pasta in 7-8 cup of boiling salted water. Add a tea spoon of oil has to added till pasta is cooked. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside to cool.
  2. Roast the whole capsicums over an opan flame. Refresh in cold water, peel, halve, remove seeds and cut into thin stripes.
  3. Add boiled pasta immediately to sauce. Otherwise it dry out the sauce after adding.
  4. Be ware while adding salt, as the cheese is already contains salt.
