Breakfast - Pasta/Macaroni - Pasta Vegetable Masala

Pasta Vegetable Masala

Pasta1 Pound
Olive Oil2 Tbsp
SaltAs Taste
Cauli Flower, Sliced1/4 Cup
Carrot, Sliced1/4 Cup
Brocolli, Sliced1/4 Cup
Bell pepper, Sliced1/4 Cup
Onions, Sliced1/4 Cup
Tomato Puree1/4 Cup
Cumin Seeds1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder1 tsp
Honey1 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup1/4 Cup

  1. Add Salt for 8 cups of water and boil. When water is boiling add pasta. After 10 mins add all vegetables. Let it cook for 3 mins. After drain the water and sprinkle oil, so that it doesn't stick.
  2. In a pan add oil to become heat. When the oil is hot add cumin seeds, let it crack. Add chopped onions and fry them for 1 min and add ginger garlic paste. Cook this for 2 mins.
  3. Add bell pepper and cook for 2 mins. After that add tomato puree, ketch up. When its nice little bit cooked add honey. Mix it really well.
  4. When the tangy flavour comes add pasta and veggies. Toss it really well. Add garam masala, chilli powder and salt.
Tips :
  1. Cook/boil Pasta according to on the package.
