Breakfast - Pasta/Macaroni - Macaroni Masala

Macaroni Masala

IngredientsQuantity
Macaroni, Boiled1 Cup
Onions, Chopped1 Small size
Cumin Seeds1/2 Tsp
Mustered Seeds1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves, chopped1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves, chopped1 Tbsp
Green Chillies, Sliced1 tsp
Tomatoes, chopped1/4 Cup
Carrot, chopped1/4 Cup
SaltAs Taste
Garam Masala1 Tbsp
Oil2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves, chopped3-5

  1. In a oil pan add mustered and cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds splutters add curry leaves, onions and green chillies. Fry for 2 mins till the raw smells goes off.
  2. Add Carrots to this and cook for 2 more mins.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook them for 10 mins or till the tomato sauce becomes thick.
  4. Add macaroni, garam masala to the mixture and cook for 2 more mins. Finally add salt, coriander leaves and toss well.
Tips :
  1. How to cook Pasta:Cook Pasta in 7-8 cup of boiling salted water. Add a tea spoon of oil has to added till pasta is cooked. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside to cool.
  2. Add boiled pasta immediately to sauce. Otherwise it dry out the sauce after adding.
