Green Capsicum(chopped)1

Method


  • Mix wheat flour with enough water to preapare chapati dough and rest it aside for 15 mins.
  • Meanwhile to a pan add 1 tsp of oil. Add onions,capsicums and fry them till they become tender.
  • Add pasta, pepper and salt. Mix them throughly.
  • Now take chapati dough and prepare 2 chapaties. Spread the pasta on one chapati and cover the stuff with other chapati. Press the two chapaties together at the edges all over.
  • Now put the chapati on a pan and cook both sides well with coating an oil. Prepare rest of the other chapaties.
