Ingredients

Method


  • In a big pan add 1 cup of light and thick cream. In a low flame keep stirring and after 2 mins add sugar and salt.
  • Keep the milk warm up. Meantime, beat the eggs to nice forthy in a separate bowl.
  • Add the milk to the egg mixture and beat well.
  • Now add this to slowly to the cream mixture. Stir continuously till the mixture thickens sligthly. Switch off the flame and keep the pan immedieately in the cold water base.
  • Now add beaten cream,essence and mix well. Wrap a plastic cover on the top of it and keep in refregerated for 4-6 hrs.
  • Take out from fridge and mix banana paste to a smoothy structure. Again keep in deep fridge for 2-4 hrs.
