Ingredients Quantity Ice Cream 2 Cups Banana, Ripen 2 Big Brown Sugar 7 Tbsp Butter 2 Tbsp

1. Slice the bananas into half in straight and 2 half in middle. So you get 4 pieces of banana slices from 1 banana. In a pan add butter to melt and add sliced bananas to fry. Flip them when they turn to golden color.
2. When the bananas are turned to golden color on both sides add brown sugar and gently mix. Switch off the flame.
3. In a ice cream cup add a scoop of ice cream. On top of this add a banana piece and top of with another scoop of ice cream.

Tips :

1. You can replace brown sugar with the jaggary.
