Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC, and grease and flour (or spray), a 9×13 cake pan.
- Mash banana and set aside.In a med bowl, mix flour, baking powder.
- In a large bowl add sugar and beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
- Beat in flour mixture alternately with egg mixture. Stir in bananas.
- Pour into greased/floured (or sprayed) cake pan and bake for 30 - 40 mins (or until knife comes out clean).
Recipe Tips
- After switch off the oven dont remove the cake immediately. Wait for atleast 10-15 mins.
